Forms of Support

1. Project Partner:

Commits:

• Member notification in hard copy and electronic newsletters
• Puts a link from organization website to conference website
• Commits $1000 plus to event as well as in-kind support from staff
• Covers travel/lodging/meals for major presenter/speaker
• Participates in weekly conference calls and receives weekly updates electronically

Receives:

• Website link from conference website back to organizational home page
• Organizational name to be listed on all promotional materials and in all media releases
• Organizational representative is set up for media interviews ahead of event and during the event
• Tabling at event
• Members attend for free

2. Sponsoring Organization:

Commits:

• Member notification in hard copy and electronic newsletters
• Puts a link from organization website to conference website
• Covers travel/lodging/meals for major presenter/speaker

Receives:

• Website link from conference website back to organizational home page
• Organizational name to be listed on all promotional materials and in all media releases
• Tabling at event
• Members attend for free

3. Endorsing Organization:

Commits:

• Member notification in hard copy and electronic newsletter
• Puts a link from organization website to conference website
• Covers registration costs for (10) of its members to attend (Registration is $10)

Receives:

• Tabling at event

4. Organizing Team:

• Made up of people who are committing 5 or more hours/week to this event.
• These individuals will be a part of our frequent conference calls.
